A few weeks back, Peter Agoston, friend and host of the great podcast The House List uploaded this classic hip hop mix tape from my late friend, DJ Stef. She gave me a copy of this on cassette many years ago, but as the times changed, and my need for a tape player subsided, I hadn’t been able to give it a good listen for quite some time. Such a great listen. 90 minutes of 80s throwbacks and early 90s head nodders, flawless mixed by Stef, the legend.
