Old school 1986 Profile Records hit from The Showboys. The “Dragnet Theme”-sampling “Drag Rap (Triggerman)” was a huge hit in the South (mainly New Orleans). The Queens-based Showboys were not aware of the Southern cult following for years until they received a phone call from a promoter in Memphis who filled them in.
