I’ve been a fan of Paul McCartney‘s early solo work for quite some time (if you’re not familiar with this era of his stuff, check out “Temporary Secretary”). I recently stumbled on this EP called Balearic Rarities, which consists of unreleased tracks/rarities over at the always awesome Castles In Space blog, and heard some tracks I’d never heard before. All the tracks on this were WAY ahead of their time. McCartney II , which was released during this phase, has recently been reissued.
