This self-titled record from Finnish trio K-X-P has been the soundtrack to my walks around New York City lately. This record was released last year by Norwegian label Smalltown Supersound, which has released music from Serena Maneesh, Whitest Boy Alive, Lindstrom, Tussle, and Annie, to name a few. The latter also appears on this record, but you’d never know it. Annie‘s faint vocals can barely be heard on the few songs she shows up on. This stuff is like Neu! meets Holy Fuck. I highly, highly recommend this album.
