Brooklyn seems to be giving birth to a lot of great music these days. Not that Brooklyn ever actually STOPPED churning out talent left and right, but I guess I’ve taken more notice as of late. Esque has a new single out called “Double Blind,” with a 12″ version (featuring a remix from Free Blood) dropping in the near future. These guys have sort of a late-80’s/early-90’s electronic rock feel. Listening to this reminds me of the nights I used to stay up late watching MTV’s 120 Minutes, and I love it.
