The Sea-Ders (later known as the Cedars) were a garage pop/psychedelic rock band from Lebanon in the mid to late ’60s. Back in 1966, they recorded 10 songs, but only 2 were released until this “anthology” release came out on limited vinyl in 2008 (courtesy of Groovie Records). This track, the opener on the anthology, is a hard-hitting, Eastern-influenced rocker. I can’t get enough of this stuff. It’s not available digitally, but a CD reissue just came out, and you can get it cheap from Other Music.
