This one is a bit different than the usual stuff I post on here, but I really love this album and had to share this song. I grew up listening to it a lot with my dad, and it recently resurfaced when my dad asked for a mix cd with this on it. John Stewart (NOT the host of the Daily Show), is best known for writing The Monkees‘ “Daydream Believer.” He released this album, Bombs Away Dream Babies, in 1979. This track in particular is especially catchy and features some recognizable background vocals from Stevie Nicks. Lindsay Buckingham also appears on this record. Unfortunately, I think it’s out of print, so I can’t provide a link to buy it.
