Ricky Wilde embodied bubblegum pop. He was 11 when he released “I Am An Astronaut” as his first single in 1972, and he continued to release singles such as “Teen Wave” during the ’70s. This song might not be everyone’s cup of tea, but it always puts a smile on my face.
